Chris grew up in New Jersey and built a successful 25-year career in retail leadership, with professional stops in Florida and Colorado. While in Florida, he met his wife, Nicole, and together they welcomed their first daughter, Taylor. After moving to Colorado, their second daughter, Kaylee, was born and the family settled in Castle Pines twelve years ago—a community they cherish and proudly call home.
Chris has two professional passions: his career and his commitment to public service.
He works as a value engineer and consultant, helping retail and hospitality organizations better use technology and processes to streamline operations, improve performance, and drive measurable results. He identifies opportunities, provides the context for effective solutions, and demonstrates the return on investment that makes those solutions sustainable and impactful.
Outside of work, Chris is deeply dedicated to public service. He’s committed to enhancing Castle Pines through collaboration, thoughtful planning, and sustainable growth. Whether working alongside neighbors or regional partners, he brings a steady, solutions-focused approach and a deep commitment to community well-being.
Nicole serves as the Chief Development Officer at Friendship Bridge, a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers women in Guatemala through microfinance, education, and health initiatives—helping families build resilience and break the cycle of poverty. Nicole has spent the last fifteen years of her career supporting programs to empower women and girls both within Colorado and on a global scale.
Chris and Nicole are incredibly proud of their daughters. Taylor is a registered nurse in the operating room at a hospital in Colorado Springs, where she supports surgical teams and provides calm, compassionate care during critical moments. Kaylee is in her second year at Metropolitan State University in Denver, pursuing a degree in psychology and aspiring to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Rounding out the family is Miko, their one-eyed rescue dog, who brings plenty of spirit and personality to their home.
